Traditional Thai coconut milk soup flavoured with galangal, lemon grass,
coriander and a slight taste of lime and chilli with chicken
(or mushrooms for vegetarian option)

Thai spicy ground beef salad flavoured with fresh mint,
dry chilli and ground roasted rice

CHU CHEE GOONG/ PAK
Prawns (tofu, courgette and aubergine for vegetarian option) cooked in thick red curry sauce topped with kaffir lime leaves, sweet basil and a dash of coconut cream
