 Deep-fried spring rolls filled with mixture of vegetables and

vermicelli, served with sweet chilli sauce

KANOM PUNG NAA MOO

Crispy deep-fried bread pieces topped with herbs and pepper marinated pork,

 served with ajat (Thai style cucumber relish)

 

First Course

TOM KHA GAI/ HEDD

Traditional Thai coconut milk soup flavoured with galangal, lemon grass,

coriander and a slight taste of lime and chilli with chicken

(or mushrooms for vegetarian option)

 

or

 

LAARB NUA

Thai spicy ground beef salad flavoured with fresh mint,

dry chilli and  ground roasted rice

 

Main Course

CHU CHEE GOONG/ PAK

Prawns (tofu, courgette and aubergine for vegetarian option) cooked in thick red curry sauce topped with kaffir lime leaves, sweet basil and a dash of coconut cream

KANG KA-REE GAI/ PAK

Chicken thighs cooked on the bone in a rich, mild yellow curry from

Southern Thailand (vegetarian option available)

MOO YANG

Grilled pork loin strips on skewer marinated in coconut milk and Thai herbs

served with chilli and lime flavoured soy dipping

PAD MAKHIR NAM PRIK POW

Stir fried aubergine with sweet basil in Thai chilli oil

served with choice of Thai fragrant rice, coconut fried rice or steam sticky rice
